Products & Made-to-Order Items
All artwork and products are made to order and fulfilled via third-party partners. Because of this:

Production begins after purchase and typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
Production and processing times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.
Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences or production processes.
Availability and pricing may change without notice.
All sales are subject to availability.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each piece is custom-made for you, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order is sent to our printing partner, it cannot be altered or canceled. To request a change, please contact us through our contact page immediately with your order number.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.

Customers must verify their shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery issues or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.
Fine Art Paper Prints are shipped rolled in a heavy-duty protective tube.
Canvas Prints are shipped safely in a secure, protective box.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds, & Claims
Because all items are printed to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind.
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging. Claims submitted after 3 days or without photos may not be eligible for replacement.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package is lost in transit (and not marked as delivered), please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a resolution.

Limitation of Liability
Use of this website is at your own risk. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the site or its products.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting each other directly. If the dispute cannot be settled informally within 30 days, both parties agree that any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in a federal or state court located in Minnesota, or resolved via binding, non-appearance-based arbitration if mutually agreed upon.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
