This website, kolanderverse.com, is owned and operated by Courtney Kolander (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. By purchasing a product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

PRIVACY & COOKIES
Your use of this site is also governed by my Privacy Policy, which explains how I collect, use, and protect customer names, billing and shipping addresses, emails, and payment information through WooCommerce. I use cookies and tracking tools (such as analytics or pixels) to improve your experience and analyze site traffic, as described in that policy. To fulfill physical orders, your name and shipping address are shared with my print and shipping partners.

All content on this site, including text, images, photography, artwork, designs, and digital materials, is owned by Courtney Kolander unless otherwise stated. LICENSE FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only. You may print the files at home or through a local or online print shop, and you may give printed copies as personal gifts to friends or family. You may not resell, scan, redistribute, edit (including removing the signature), or use the artwork for any commercial purpose.

CONTENT ACCURACY
Information on this site is provided for general informational and creative purposes. I work to keep it accurate, but I make no guarantees about its completeness or reliability.

USER SUBMISSIONS
If you leave comments or submit content:

  • You are responsible for what you share.
  • You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, or harmful material.
  • I reserve the right to remove content at my discretion.

PRODUCTS, FORMATS, & COLOR
Photo prints, framed prints, and other physical products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party partners. Digital downloads are delivered instantly as automated files or ZIP folders. Because of this:

  • Production and shipping times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.
  • Availability and pricing may change without notice. All sales are subject to availability.
  • Color Note: I make every effort to display my artwork as accurately as possible. However, because of differences in monitors, phone screens, and photographic lighting, physical print colors may look slightly different from your screen.
  • Digital Printing Note: Colors vary between screens, home printers, and print shops. The final print quality, sharpness, and color accuracy of a digital download depend on the printer, ink, and paper you choose. I am not responsible for the color rendering or quality of third-party printing services.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Physical orders are made to order, printed, and shipped from the USA. Shipping is currently available within the United States only.
  • Production Time: Orders ship within 4 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivers in about 7–10 days once shipped. Free standard shipping with tracking is included.
  • Arrival Time: Most orders arrive 7–14 days after purchase, depending on your location. During the holidays, please allow extra time.
  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for delivery problems, delays, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Orders with multiple items or formats (for example, a framed print and an unframed print) may arrive separately.
  • I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond my control.
  • Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase, both on your order confirmation screen and by email. No physical item is shipped.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & ORDER ISSUES

  • All Sales Final: Because physical prints are made to order and digital downloads are delivered instantly, I do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please double-check your size, style, and frame choice before checking out.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email contact.kolanderverse@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of both the item and the packaging. I will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Orders: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check around your home and with neighbors first. If it’s still missing, or if it’s lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so I can investigate with the carrier.
  • Digital Files: If you have a problem with your files or trouble downloading them, please contact me and I’ll help.
  • Payment Disputes: Please contact me before filing a payment dispute so I can resolve the issue quickly.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Use of this website is at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, my liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product, and I am not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact me first at contact.kolanderverse@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If it can’t be resolved within 30 days, any legal action must be brought in a state or federal court located in Minnesota, or resolved through arbitration if both parties agree.

SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be separated from the rest, and the remaining provisions will stay in effect.

CHANGES
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
